It has been a difficult few weeks for everyone and we like many other businesses have seen our orders come to a virtual standstill. The rainbow has emerged as a symbol for the brighter days we all know are coming. So with that spirit of looking to brighter days, I am launching The Bakesy Co, an effort devoted to encouraging home bakers of all ages to unleash their creative spirit. So, I cranked up the 3D printer, re-purposed cake boxes into cookie kit boxes and away we go. The Rainbow Cookie Kit is available in 3 versions and I hope to be launching other kits soon!
